OSI Batteries Shipping Policy

 

Preferred Carrier

 

The OSI Batteries preferred small parcel carrier is UPS. Service availability, time in transit, shipment tracking, and delivery guarantee policy for all UPS services are available at the UPS website, www.ups.com. Based on your location and zip code, UPS Ground delivery service is 1 to 5 business days from the date we ship your order.

The OSI preferred carrier for shipments heavier than 75 pounds per package is UPS Freight. However, our customer service representatives will work with you to determine the most cost effective means after considering shipment size and weight, shipping requirements, and market conditions.



Estimated Shipping time

If you place your order before 3 PM, Monday thru Friday: Your order should ship that same business day.
If you place your order after 3 PM, Monday thru Friday: Your order should ship the following business day.
If you place your order after 3 PM, Friday thru Sunday: Your order will ship the following Monday.

All times listed are CST. Business days are Monday–Friday. For national holidays that fall on a weekday, your order will ship next business day.

International, east coast and US central customers are primarily serviced through our distribution center located in Minnetonka, MN. West coast customers are serviced through our Reno NV distribution center.

We ship to street addresses in all 50 states. We follow the policy of our carrier and do not ship to Post Office (PO) Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses due to lack of security, tracking and delivery processes.

OSI Batteries will ship using FedEx, DHL, Expeditors, Old Dominion, Yellow and most other LTL carriers. Please call for a price quote for any shipping carrier.
