OSI Rechargeable Two-Way Radio Batteries:
Ni-Cad: Battery shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 18 months from date of shipment.
NiMH: Battery shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 12 months from date of shipment.
Li-Ion: Battery shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 12 months from date of shipment.

Sealed Lead Acid Batteries:
Battery shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from date of shipment.

Rechargeable Medical Batteries:
Battery shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 12 months from date of shipment.

All Other Rechargeable Batteries:
Battery shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 12 months from date of shipment.

Non-Rechargeable Batteries:
Battery shall perform at 100% rated capacity upon delivery.

All returns require a RMA number. These are to be obtained by our customer service department (800)-626-4173.
After receiving a RMA number products are to be shipped to OSI Batteries for inspection.
All returns require the RMA number to be on the returned products packaging.
Replacements and Credits will be dealt with upon the return of defective products.
Shortages, Shipping Errors and Shipping Damage must be acknowledged within 7 business days of receiving.
