All warranty items shall be repaired or replaced by OSIBatteries.com. The purchaser shall pay shipping charges for defective products returned unless other conditions are agreed on by both parties. Please call 1-800-327-0814 to receive an RMA number or fill out THIS FORM to receive a callback from our customer service with your RMA number and receive return instructions for the warranted item.

BATTERY WARRANTIES -

OSI Brand Rechargeable Two-Way Radio Batteries -

Nicad: Battery shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 18 months from date of shipment.

NiMH: Battery shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 12 months from date of shipment.

Li-Ion: Battery shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 12 months from date of shipment.

SEALED LEAD ACID BATTERIES -

Battery shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from date of shipment.

RECHARGEABLE MEDICAL BATTERIES -

Battery shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 12 months from date of shipment.

ALL OTHER RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES -

Battery shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 12 months from date of shipment.

NON-RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES -

Battery shall perform at 100% rated capacity upon delivery.
