Shipping Policy

Fedex is our preferred small parcel carrier. For shipments heavier than 75 pounds per package, our preferred carrier is Fedex Freight. However, our customer service representatives will work with you to determine the most cost effective means after considering shipment size and weight, shipping requirements, and market conditions.

In Stock Items:
— Ground orders for in stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days.
— Choosing Expedited Air shipping option before 2:30pm CST on business days causes your order to be flagged, and we'll do everything we can to ship your order the same day.
Special Order and Assembly Items:
— Some battery packs, including most Bio-medical batteries, are assembled to order. Typical lead time for most assembly items is 3-5 business days.
— Larger production runs may require additional time.
— Please consult our customer service team for specific lead time inquiries or expedited requests.
Some orders will ship directly from our vendor or the manufacturer instead of our warehouse.
All times listed are CST. Business days are Monday–Friday. For national holidays that fall on a weekday, your order will ship next business day.
OSI Batteries will ship using FedEx, DHL, UPS, Expeditors, Old Dominion, Yellow and most other LTL carriers. Please call for a price quote for any shipping carrier.

Beginning in July 2013 the US Postal Service now provides day-specific delivery information for domestic Priority Mail based on origin and destination zip code. Please note this does not include processing time for the shipment, please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. Customer service will attempt to notify for orders with increased processing time. OSI Batteries makes no guarantees regarding the reliability of US Postal service day-specific delivery estimates.

International shipments may incur additional brokerage, customs, and duties charges at time of delivery. Some shipments of specific battery chemistries can be restricted to certain countries by convention, law, and shipper policies.
Our website only provides international freight costs on shipments to Canada, however we may still be able to service your international address. Please CONTACT US to speak with our customer service team for quotations to other locations.

Dangerous Goods fees will be applied to Air shipments of lithium batteries and will be reflected in shipping calculations.
Ground shipments of lithium batteries do not incur Dangerous Goods fees.
OSI cannot ship lithium batteries via Ground service to Alaska to Hawaii. Please select 2 Day or Priority Overnight for shipments of lithium batteries to Alaska and Hawaii.
Certain countries restrict international shipping of lithium batteries.
